Inside Sales Representative
Join us as a Services Recurring Sales Representative and help customers unlock ongoing value through service contracts, subscriptions, and digital lifecycle solutions.
You'll play a key role in driving renewals, expanding accounts, and building lasting partnerships that fuel sustainable growth.
What will you do?
* Maximize renewal rates and reduce churn by delivering consultative, value-based engagements with customers
* Uncover and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the installed base and new accounts
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Services Operations to develop pipelines and execute strategic plays
* Negotiate contracts and draft agreements that align customer objectives with our recurring services offerings

* Account Management - foundational level; maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts
* Consultative selling - developing level; engaging customers with value-driven conversations that uncover needs
