HR Coordinator

At voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel, we are looking for a Part Time Cluster Human Resources Coordinator to join us!

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, confident and organised HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships just as much as they enjoy keeping things organised.

Working 24 hours per week across Tuesday to Friday, you'll be at the centre of our HR operation, supporting colleagues and managers across every stage of the employee lifecycle.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

Alongside supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging face-to-face induction and compliance training, ensuring every new colleague receives an exceptional welcome and the knowledge they need to succeed from day one.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and hands-on.

Someone who is equally confident standing in front of a room delivering engaging training as they are supporting managers with people matters, coordinating recruitment or ensuring HR processes run seamlessly behind the scenes.
