* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.


* Minimum 15 years' experience in the manufacture of Investment Castings with some level of plant operational management.


* Minimum 5 years' experience in the manufacture of superalloy structural castings


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills.


* Ability to lead a team of multinational technical leaders.


* Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with all levels of the Howmet organization.


* Strong analytical and problem resolution skills in support of business planning, strategy development/deployment, relationship management and conflict resolution.


* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
