* A minimum of 1 years of Human Resources/recruiting experience.


* Excellent computer skills - MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* PHR, SPHR & MBA are a plus;


* Human Resources Generalist experience in a Manufacturing environment.


* Strong ability to multi-task and connect at all levels in the organization


* Strong project management skills


* Experience working with Excel, Oracle HRIS


* Excellent communication/presentation skills
