Manager, Functional Transformation

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead workstreams that support customer, sales, and service transformation programs from assessment through implementation


* Translate business needs into process designs, requirements, operating model recommendations, and implementation plans


* Manage day-to-day delivery activities, including planning, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and quality review


* Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to define future-state processes, capabilities, and technology needs


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery across strategy, experience, operations, data, and technology

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience supporting regulatory or state government operations, including experience with a state licensing board, legislative body, policy or regulatory operations, or constituent services
