Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Asset Management team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on an existing ServiceNow platform


* Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution design, and development plans


* Create development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements and implementation activities


* Guide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities across the delivery lifecycle


* Partner with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutions


* Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow


* Experience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiatives


* Experience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projects


* Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasks


* Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
