We are looking for a Commercial & Contracts Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual activities of our Support and Professional Services organization.

This role goes beyond traditional contract management and includes active involvement in commercial discussions, customer negotiations, renewals, and business decision-making.

It is suited for someone who enjoys combining contractual expertise with commercial thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

We value a proactive mindset toward learning and adopting new tools, including AI and automation, to improve workflows and efficiency.

No prior experience with such tools is required; openness to explore, learn, and experiment is key.

Responsibilities



* Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements related to Support and Professional Services, including Maintenance Agreements, NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Novations


* Manage day-to-day contractual and commercial matters in alignment with company policies and business objectives


* Participate in customer-facing commercial discussions, including negotiations, renewals, payment terms, and scope definition


* Identify contractual and commercial risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions


* Work closely with Sales, Support, Finance, R&D, and Legal teams to support deal execution and ongoing customer activities


* Support contract renewals and tender processes as a commercial and contractual focal point


* Proactively improve processes, templates, and ways of working

Requirements



* 3+ years of experience in a commercial and/or contract management role, including contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management within international environments, preferably in software, IT, services, or similar organizations.

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.


* Degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business, or related field
