BASIC FUNCTION

The District Service Manager (DSM) will work a defined schedule at locations within their assigned areas; malls, fitness clubs, amusement parks, etc.

Duties will include, overall P&L responsibility (including locations managed by direct reports), client relationship management, managing the daily work and professional development of direct reports, and leading the planning and execution of equipment installations and removals.

Duties will also include performing monthly collections, repairing, cleaning, and performing regular maintenance on equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Overall responsibility for area P&L, with the expectation to deliver revenue growth vs.

annual and budgeted plans.


* Deliver effective leadership and coaching to a team of approx 15.


* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including, customers, clients, and peers.


* Identify Key Performance Indicators to maximize flow-through to improve profitability.


* Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of all positions within district.
