Electronics Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

Schneider Electric is seeking talented individuals with a strong work ethic to be part of our manufacturing team in Fairfield.

We currently have opportunities for Electronics Assembly Technicians (2nd shift) for our manufacturing department.

Job responsibilities may include the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production processes across a broad scope including for example some basic maintenance processes and continuous improvement.

Join our production team as a Electronics Assembly Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in delivering quality products.

This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference.

What will you do?


* Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes


* Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards


* Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows


* Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues
