BMS Services Coordinator

What will you do?
* Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing correspondence
* Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Handle invoicing, billing documentation, and payment coordination while maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Manage data entry and updates in organizational systems such as ERP and SAP for financial and project tracking
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Appointment Scheduling Software - intermediate level; coordinating complex calendars and managing meeting logistics across teams
* Billing and Invoicing - intermediate level; ensuring timely invoicing and collaborating with stakeholders on payment processes
* Collaboration - intermediate level; working effectively across departments to support smooth operations
* Contract Management - intermediate level; organizing and maintaining contract documentation and tracking key dates
* Customer Orientation - intermediate level; responding to internal and external requests with professionalism and care
* Data Entry - intermediate level; maintaining accuracy while updating information in multiple systems
* Microsoft Office - intermediate level; creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support business needs
* Travel Coordination - intermediate level; arranging travel logistics and managing expense tracking for stakeholders
