Responsibilities


* Provide high quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor and document resident conditions


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications


* Current RN or LPN license in good standing


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
