As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, analysis, and implementation support to help clients move from strategy to execution.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives


* Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders


* Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates


* Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders


* Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operating model design, or program management


* Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based analyses, and written deliverables for client or executive audiences


* Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative business information


* Experience supporting project plans, milestones, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination


* Ability to travel 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
