What You'll Do


* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies

What You'll Bring


* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
