About the Role

HPE Networking is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Field Marketing Specialist to support the North America Sales and Marketing organization.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator and project coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and excellence to marketing programs, communications, lead management, and operational processes.

The Field Marketing Specialist will serve as a key member of the North America Field Marketing team, supporting internal and customer communications, cross-segment marketing initiatives, sales enablement programs, lead management, events, and operational processes that help drive business impact across Enterprise, SLED, Commercial, Global Major Accounts, Federal, and Partner segments.

Key Responsibilities

Internal & Customer Communications


* Develop and execute internal communications and newsletters to keep sales, marketing, and leadership teams informed of key programs, events, and initiatives.


* Create customer-facing invitations, email campaigns, event communications, and follow-up messaging.


* Support executive communications and presentation development for internal and external audiences.


* Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and communications across North America marketing programs.


* Develop field-ready assets and toolkits to enable Sales teams before, during, and after events

Cross-Segment Program Management


* Coordinate and manage strategic North America marketing programs that span multiple sales segments and teams.


* Drive project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables across field marketing initiatives.


* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations teams.


* Track program milestones and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
