Behavioral Health Tech - Day Shift

Location: Maryland Heights Center for Behavioral Health
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to adult and geriatric psychiatric care.

We're looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.

What You'll Do:
✔ Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care
✔ Provide direct patient interaction and engagement
✔ Assist with individual and group activities
✔ Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
✔ Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health
✔ Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients

What You Need:


* High school diploma or GED


* Active CNA certification (preferred, not required)


* BLS certification (required)


* 1 year experience in behavioral health (preferred)


* Basic computer skills (preferred)
