About You

In one of our engineering roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

Job responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities: 


* Oversees and supports daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.


* Leads process improvement initiatives, supports new product development (NPD), and manages trial runs to enhance operational performance.


* Collaborates and develops with suppliers, capabilities to meet quality, cost saving and delivery expectations.


* Provides support to customer service teams during product launches and addressing customer feedback to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of ARBEX products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:



* Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.


* 3–5 years of experience in packaging operations, packaging design and development.


* Strong understanding of new product development (NPD) processes and trial run execution.


* Demonstrated ability to build and manage supplier relationships, including capability development and performance monitoring.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and customer service activities.


* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


* Excellent in English both written and spoken.
