Job Description

Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to support daily and weekly HR operations through audits, records management, data tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities:


* Daily review of shared mailboxes, monitoring emails that report data-entry errors related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and service requests.


* Audit of active food voucher cards


* Creation of charts showing the number of hires, terminations, and employee leave cases, segmented by service region for comparison, performance evaluation, and incident analysis.


* 100% audit of employee files and corresponding error tracking by region.

Requirements:

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in administration or similar fields


* Must be enrolled in a university program with a valid internship agreement.


* Availability from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday


* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Copilot AI

Preferred :


* Positive attitude and strong organizational skills


* Proactive and self-motivated


* Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written)
