Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full time.

• $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

• Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to provide compassionate, resident centered care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
