DHL Global Forwarding Chile is seeking an exceptional executive leader to take on the role of Country Manager, responsible for driving the country’s strategic direction, business performance, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

This role requires a highly experienced leader with deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead multifunctional teams in a complex, fast-paced global environment.

Key Qualifications


* Education Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred


* Experience More than 20 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics More than 15 years of leadership and people management experience


* Language Advanced English proficiency


* Technical Knowledge Strong expertise in the freight forwarding and logistics industry Advanced MS Office proficiency


* RCS Level: G

Key Responsibilities


* Define and execute the country’s strategy in alignment with regional and global business priorities


* Drive country performance and strategic decision-making to achieve business objectives and KPIs


* Hold full accountability for country P&L performance


* Lead and align senior functional leaders across the organization


* Develop organizational capability and strengthen leadership talent


* Partner with the CFO to manage business planning and budgeting


* Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, quality, and operational standards


* Act as the escalation point for critical country matters and strategic decisions
