* Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks


* Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others


* Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience


* Lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automate lead qualification and engagement workflows, integrating AI capabilities into existing Java-based Martech platforms for enhanced lead management and advisor support


* Advance experience with Java, Python, Java Spring, ORM frameworks, Agentic AI frameworks (a2a, langGraph), messaging frameworks, unit and automated testing frameworks (BDD, Functional & Performance), and databases
