As a Senior Product Associate in Payments -Receivables Online, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities



* Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities through customer, market, and user research.


* Support product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization using data-driven insights.


* Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product delivery.


* Analyze product performance, revenue trends, and key business metrics.


* Lead agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.


* Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Sales, Service, and Implementations to drive alignment.


* Manage product communications, documentation, and monthly billing certification.


* Engage directly with clients to understand needs and resolve complex issues.


* Stay current on FinTech, Receivables trends, and emerging technologies.


* Utilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support product development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle


* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition


* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy


* Experience in product deployment processes


* Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-time


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
