Overview

The General Manager (GM) of Orion's Roof is an elite hospitality leader responsible for orchestrating the daily operations of Virginia Beach's premier rooftop dining destination.

Overseeing a high-volume, sophisticated environment characterized by high-end Asian-fusion cuisine, and an energetic, upscale lounge atmosphere, the GM ensures flawless guest satisfaction, driving operational and financial excellence.
Operating under a servant-leadership philosophy, the GM removes barriers to success for their staff, fosters a culture of rigorous accountability, and ensures that the physical asset, service standards, and brand presentation remain immaculate.

Operational Leadership & Guest Experience
• Seamless Execution: Coordinate and manage all brunch, lunch, dinner, and lounge operations to exceed guest expectations, ensuring seamless synergy between the front-of-house service team and the culinary team.
• Predictable Consistency: Implement and execute the Front of House Operating Plan, utilizing standard operating procedures (SOP's) to maintain an uncompromised level of service and predictability across every shift.
• Service Excellence: Proactively anticipate service gaps.
