OEM Remote Sales Representative II

We're hiring an OEM Remote Sales Representative to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts and drive solution sales through digital engagement in Industrial Automation.

If you thrive in a remote environment and love building customer relationships at scale, this role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and impact.

What will you do?


* Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of small to mid-sized machine builder customers accounts, plus select larger accounts


* Drive product and solution sales by responding quickly to customer needs and identifying new opportunities


* Partner with internal teams and Alliance partners to deliver seamless support and maintain business alignment


* Improve data quality and lead platforming efforts for high-potential accounts

* Customer Relationship Management - developing level; building trust and maintaining engagement across a high-volume remote portfolio


* Consultative Selling - developing level; identifying customer needs and positioning tailored Schneider Electric solutions


* Communication - developing level; engaging customers effectively through digital channels and virtual meetings


* Sales Prospecting - developing level; identifying and qualifying new opportunities within assigned accounts


* Account Management - developing level; coordinating touchpoints and ensuring customer satisfaction at scale


* Product Knowledge - developing level; articulating value propositions for Schneider Electric's full offer


* Data Analysis and Interpretation - developing level; using insights to prioritize accounts and improve data quality


* Negotiation - developing level; closing deals and managing contract discussions remotely

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field


* 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.


* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously


* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio


* Adaptability and comfort using digital tools to drive remote sales success


* Collaborative approach to partnering with internal teams and channel partners
