Technical Support Representative

We're looking for a technically-minded problem solver to join our Technical Customer Care team.

If you love helping customers navigate complex product challenges and want to apply your technical knowledge in a customer-facing role, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?


* Provide technical support by diagnosing customer inquiries related to product specifications, applications, and system integration


* Assist customers with product selection, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend optimization strategies


* Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and contribute technical insights to improve products


* Resolve customer requests efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive experience

* Active listening - intermediate level; understanding customer technical concerns to provide accurate solutions


* Customer service - intermediate level; delivering responsive support that builds trust and loyalty


* Customer support - intermediate level; managing inquiries efficiently while maintaining quality standards

* Troubleshooting - developing level; diagnosing issues systematically to resolve technical problems

* Product application - developing level; advising customers on optimal product use and integration

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering


* Must be willing to work during US Business hours


* Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite.


* Good English communication skills both written and oral.


* Technical curiosity and a methodical approach to diagnosing and solving customer challenges


* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure


* Eagerness to learn and grow your technical expertise through hands-on customer interactions


* Collaborative mindset with comfort working across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
