Inside Sales Representative

What will you do:


* Support sales teams with streamlined order management and operational processes, enabling them to maximize customer interaction time


* Process orders and provide exceptional customer support, including updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and pricing


* Organize and execute impactful sales seminars and workshops to enhance customer engagement


* Conduct comprehensive competitor research and maintain up-to-date market intelligence


* Generate insightful reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and service metrics to drive continuous improvement

What will make you successful:


* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering


* Must be willing to work during US Business hours


* Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.


* Proven track record in sales operations and customer support


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities


* Proficiency in sales-related systems and databases


* Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with sales teams and customers
