Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Support the client's Nuvolo/ServiceNow real estate technology solution by triaging issues and maintaining service continuity.


* Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify desired outcomes.


* Partner with the client product owner to scope, design, and prioritize solution fixes and enhancements.


* Collaborate with the offshore team to develop and deliver approved fixes and enhancement requests.


* Respond to business questions on system functionality and translate technical details into clear, practical guidance.


* Provide weekly status updates to the product owner on progress, risks, and next steps.

Qualifications

Required


* 7+ years' experience in software development


* 3+ years' experience supporting Nuvolo/ServiceNow production.


* Experience leading offshore technical teams to deliver fixes, enhancements, and production support.


* Hands-on ServiceNow administrator and technical experience.


* Experience working directly with business teams to gather requirements and support functional discussions.
