San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, team-oriented CNAs to provide high-quality care within our fast-paced environment.

Available Part-Time Shifts


* AM Shift Weekday


* AM Shift Weekends


* NOC

Primary Responsibilities


* Monitor patient conditions and provide status updates to the medical team.


* Respond promptly to call lights and assist with various patient needs.


* Support the admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.


* Facilitate meal service and manage tray distribution.
