Data Analytics Manager

Ardurra is looking to hire a Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX! This position is open to remote applicants, preferably near major Ardurra offices.

Primary Function

The Data Analytics Manager will lead the development of Ardurra’s enterprise data platform, analytics capabilities, and business intelligence strategy.

This role is responsible for building a trusted, scalable data foundation that enables informed decision-making across the organization.

Working closely with business leaders and technology teams, this individual will architect and implement modern data platforms, develop enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, and establish best practices for data governance and quality.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution and is ideal for someone who can design, build, and mature enterprise data capabilities from the ground up.

The Data Analytics Manager will partner closely with the AI & Digital Innovation Manager to ensure Ardurra’s enterprise data assets effectively support current analytics needs while enabling future AI initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Enterprise Analytics



* Develop and execute Ardurra’s enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.


* Translate business objectives into scalable data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.


* Partner with business leaders across Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Corporate Services to identify data-driven opportunities.


* Establish a roadmap that advances enterprise reporting, analytics, and data maturity.


* Balance strategic planning with hands-on technical delivery.

Data Platform & Engineering



* Design, build, and manage Ardurra’s enterprise data platform utilizing Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and related technologies.


* Develop and maintain enterprise data lakes, warehouses, semantic models, and modern data architectures.


* Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver trusted, high-quality data across the organization.


* Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and security.


* Develop enterprise data models that support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
