We're looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour on a 13-month parental leave contract.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth across digital, social and promotional channels.

What You'll Do


* Manage the hotel's social media presence and content calendar. 


* Create engaging digital, video and written content. 


* Coordinate marketing campaigns, collateral and advertising activities.


* Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations. 


* Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and media partners. 


* Support brand standards and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence. 

About You


* Experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism or service industries. 


* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.


* Excellent communication, content creation and organisational skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Meta Business Suite. 


* Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
