Join Our Rehabilitation Team
McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and improve quality of life for our residents.
What You'll Do
* Evaluate residents to determine speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and resident goals.
* Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and overall functional outcomes.
* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and family members to ensure coordinated care.
* Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
* Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, rehabilitation conferences, and discharge planning.
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, home programs, and aspiration precautions.
* Assist with staff education and provide clinical in-services as needed.
* Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology students when applicable.
* Maintain compliance with all facility, state, federal, and professional practice standards.
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current, unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
* Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply if eligible for supervision.
* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
