Work you'll do

As a Manager on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading Oracle data management engagements from assessment through deployment, including data strategy, migration, integration, and ongoing optimization


* Managing AI and analytics readiness efforts, including data quality reviews, governance assessments, and delivery of AI-ready and analytics-ready data products across business domains


* Overseeing modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments to improve scalability, automation, and long-term platform performance


* Directing Oracle master data management initiatives to support governed, accurate, and unified customer, supplier, and product data


* Leading teams in the design and delivery of data pipelines, lakehouse and data mesh architectures, and enterprise data solutions that support analytics, AI, and integration needs.

Qualifications Required:


* 6+ years of technology consulting experience, including 2+ years leading cloud-based data and analytics technology engagements with resources across multiple locations


* 4+ years of data engineering experience, including extract, transform, load (ETL), extract, load, transform (ELT), open lakehouse architecture, integration of structured and unstructured data sources, machine learning operations (MLOps), and Git/continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
