We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement.

What You'll Do


* Lead, coach, and develop production employees


* Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance


* Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities


* Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives


* Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations


* Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results

What We're Looking For


* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered


* 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience


* Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance


* Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies


* Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills


* A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
