Strategy Co-Op

We are hiring a Fall 2026 Strategy Co-Op to work in our Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA Hub!

Duration: 6 months

Energy Management is Schneider Electric's largest business (€33bn in revenues in 2025) focusing on driving Sustainability and Digital transformation across homes, buildings, datacenters and infrastructure.

As a Strategy analyst intern in the Energy Management Strategy Team, you will have a unique & exciting opportunity to support several high-level initiatives to drive profitable business growth.

What will you do?


* Conduct market research and strategic analysis on industry trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and business performance


* Support strategic projects by analyzing complex business challenges and helping develop recommendations and action plans


* Create data-driven presentations and executive-ready materials to support decision-making by senior leadership


* Contribute to strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, portfolio management, market assessments, acquisitions, and business planning activities


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support growth and transformation priorities within Energy Management

What qualifications would make you successful?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field


* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop recommendations


* Experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development


* Demonstrated interest in strategy, sustainability, industrial markets, or digital transformation


* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


* Currently based on Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA

* Double degree in business and engineering or MBA coursework
