Multi-Channel Remote Sales Representative (Country Sales)
Job Summary
As a Multi-Channel Remote Sales Representative , you are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Channel Partners through remote engagement models, leveraging digital tools and scalable sales practices.
You play a key role in driving business growth by building strong partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Schneider Electric's full portfolio of products, software, and services.
In this role, you act as a trusted advisor to your Channel Partners, understanding their business needs and supporting their success by offering tailored solutions that address their customers' efficiency and sustainability challenges.
You effectively combine remote sales techniques with strategic account management, ensuring consistent engagement across a large number of accounts.
You collaborate closely with internal teams, including Specialized Sales, to maximize business opportunities and ensure the right expertise is engaged at the right time.
This role requires strong digital fluency, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of Channel Partners to drive sustainable and scalable business growth
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through remote interactions (calls, virtual meetings, digital platforms)
* Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned partner portfolio
* Promote and position Schneider Electric's full portfolio, including products, software, and services
* Apply a remote consultative selling approach to understand partner needs and deliver value-driven solutions
* Leverage digital sales tools, CRM systems, and remote engagement platforms to increase efficiency and account coverage
* Collaborate with Specialized Sales teams and other internal stakeholders to support complex opportunities and maximize deal success
* Support Channel Partners throughout the customer journey, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources
* Proactively address partner needs and demonstrate how Schneider Electric solutions solve end-customer challenges
* Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction through consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and reliable support
* Manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, making decisions within established processes and guidelines
* Continuously improve remote sales practices and contribute to the effectiveness of digital sales programs
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
* Min 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within channel sales, inside sales, or remote sales environments
