Postion: Deputy Manager - Service Engineer - Agri - Bangalore

Experince Range: 3- 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Agri Service Operations Management (Zone Level)


* Responsible for managing all Agri customer service complaints across the assigned zone.


* Ensure complaint closure within the defined turnaround time of 23 hours or less.


* Maintain customer feedback coverage of minimum 40%.


* Achieve and sustain NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 95%.


* Oversee installation and commissioning of Agri digital products.

DARE (Digital Agri Retrofitting initiative) Network Development


* Identify and recruit new DARE partners.


* Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.


* Provide onboarding, technical training, and capability development support.

Service Promotion & Customer Engagement


* Plan and conduct field service camps to enhance customer outreach and service support.


* Organize and participate in Bazar Day activities to promote products and services.


* Conduct electrician training programs to improve product awareness and service capability.

Channel Partner Management


* Regular visits to stockists to ensure service alignment, business growth, and relationship management.


* Conduct dealer visits to drive customer satisfaction, product support, and business development.

Agri Digital Business Growth


* Drive sales, adoption, and service support for Agri digital products.


* Identify business opportunities and support digital product expansion within the assigned territory.


* Collaborate with channel partners and customers to increase digital product penetration and utilization.
