Brookdale Southside is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Nurse Manager to join our leadership team.

We are a 317-unit assisted living/memory care and independent community dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.

Position Summary
The LPN Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met as they change over time.

This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and plays a key role in maintaining quality care, staff education, and regulatory compliance.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.
