Job Summary:

Provide strategic leadership for the Packaging teams, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), customer service excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency, including scrap reduction.

Under general direction, oversee all shift activities and manage departmental documentation related to Packaging/SSP operations.

Operate within the Packaging and SSP departments, ensuring the achievement of KPIs such as on-time delivery, defect rate, and production efficiency.

Monitor, manage, and adjust team activities to meet business needs.

Responsible for direct supervision and engagement with all team members, ensuring customer service and lean manufacturing principles are consistently applied.

Maintain close interaction with all departments.
