Associate Banker - Startup Banking- Associate

You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients.

A role as an Associate Banker is for you.

As an Associate Banker In Startup Banking, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.

In your role as a Banker Associate, you will be instrumental in helping us cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, and build market share.

You will promote both internal and external client dialogue, and will be expected to have a deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services.

As a key player in our multinational team, you will work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role


* Outstanding professional reputation and integrity


* Strong leadership skills required


* Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment


* Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly


* Extensive knowledge of products and services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Bachelor's degree preferred


* Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred


* Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
