Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents.

This role is essential in ensuring residents have access to clean linens and personal clothing daily.
Key Responsibilities


* Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing and facility linens


* Distribute clean laundry promptly to resident rooms


* Label resident clothing as needed


* Maintain linen quality and remove damaged or stained items from use


* Follow all infection control and sanitation procedures


* Maintain inventory of laundry supplies


* Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently


* Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly


* Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and sanitary

Qualifications


* High school diploma or GED preferred


* 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail


* Dependable and team-oriented
