Senior Data Engineer

Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Work on applications and data pipelines related to supplier, store, item, buyer workflow, quote/request/approval tracking, and enterprise retail data processing.


* Provide development expertise with the following : Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, PySpark, SparkSQL, Azure Data Lake, SQL Azure, Synapse Analytics, Event Hub, AKS, Oracle RPAS, RMS and Harness CI/CD pipelines.


* Provide development and support services to the client.

Qualifications

Required


* 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering


* 3+ years of experience in Azure Data Engineering


* 2+ years of experience with PySpark/Databricks


* 4+ years of experience with SQL/Datawarehousing


* 3+ years of experience with production support


* 2+ years in the retail domain


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
