Position: Behavioral Health - House Supervisor (Day Shift)
Location: Center for Behavioral Medicine - Knoxville

Knoxville Center of Behavioral Medicine is seeking a caring and capable House Supervisor to support our nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality care for our patients.

What You'll Do


* Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift


* Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs


* Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources


* Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training


* Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance


* Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs

What You'll Bring


* RN license (TN) & BLS certification required


* Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred


* Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus


* Strong communication and critical-thinking skills


* BSN preferred, not required
