Job Description

Transportation Management (Primary Focus)


* Manage end-to-end transportation operations including shipment planning, dispatch, delivery, and return flows.


* Coordinate with 3PL transportation providers and carriers to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery.


* Monitor transportation performance, service levels, and freight costs against KPIs.


* Optimize routing, load planning, and delivery schedules to improve efficiency and cost control.


* Handle transportation-related issues such as delays, damages, claims, and customer complaints.


* Ensure transportation activities comply with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.


*  Coordinate delivery schedules during promotions, peak seasons, and new product launches.

3PL & Cost Management


* Act as the key contact for transportation service providers.


* Conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective actions.


* Support freight rate negotiation, cost analysis, and budget control.


* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

System & Reporting


* Prepare regular transportation performance and cost reports.


* Support data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Projects


* Drive transportation process improvement initiatives.


* Participate in logistics projects such as 3PL transition, network optimization, or system implementation.

Support regional or global standardization initiatives.
