WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


* Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation


* Engage with business stakeholders and customers to understand business challenges, opportunities and operational needs


* Design and document system and integration solutions that meet business, customer and technology requirements


* Build strong working relationships with business users, customers, project managers, developers, testers and support teams


* Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with approved designs, requirements and coding standards


* Prepare and maintain governance documentation, including solution designs, change records, impact assessments and implementation plans


* This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?


* Bachelor's Degree in IT (Software/Development) or equivalent - Required


* Project Management Certification (Prince2/Scrum) – Highly Desirable


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Good communicator with stakeholder management


* Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
