The Imaging Engineer Trainee is an entry-level developmental role designed to prepare candidates for advancement into a Customer Service Engineer position.

This structured training program focuses on building foundational technical and interpersonal skills, safety awareness, and professional competencies through hands-on experience, guided field exposure, and formal training.

Successful completion of the program-along with demonstrated readiness and leadership approval-will lead to eligibility for transition into a Customer Service Engineer role.

The Imaging Engineer Trainee is an entry-level developmental role designed to prepare candidates for advancement into a Customer Service Engineer position.

Some things to know:


* Temporary housing and/or Stipend will be offered during training program


* Company vehicle will be provided while in Cary, NC


* The intention of this program is to develop early-career service professionals to join our organization and grow their careers with us.

Compensation: During the 15 week program, you will be paid $1,925 Bi-Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding, compliance, safety, and technical training
• Assist Customer Service Engineers with service preparation, tools, and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Meet developmental milestones and performance expectations
• Develop communication and customer interaction skills
• Observe field service activities to build technical knowledge
• Maintain awareness of equipment control and handling
• Demonstrate readiness for transition to Customer Service Engineer Role
