Manufacturing Associate – Reagent Filling / Packaging Operator, 2nd Shift

Join a supportive team and build your skills in reagent filling and packaging in medical manufacturing! This is an entry-level role where you will operate and troubleshoot production machines while earning competitive pay on 2nd shift.
About the Role:
2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential.
As a Production Operator, you'll help create medical diagnostic products by running reagent filling and packaging machines, including capping and labeling.
You'll set up and break down production lines, ensure quality in every batch, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
* Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines (equipment includes: fillers, cappers, labelers, and automated packaging machinery)
* Assist with line setup and breakdown
* Follow instructions to meet strict quality standards
* Learn to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
* Ability to operate power equipment safely (including power jacks)
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
* Must pass a DEA background check
