Job Title: Information Systems Engineer

Job Site: 6883 Spencer St.

Las Vegas, NV 89119

Minimum Requirements: Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, as Support and Infrastructure Analyst, or a related occupation.

Job Duties: Ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited.

Manage and support necessary application & database with help of the developers.

Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the enterprise IT environment and ensure IT capacity meets business needs.

Define an end-to-end provisioning process facilitating automation wherever possible.

Enforce the information security procedures & compliance across IT systems & services.

Manage day to day incidents/request through Service Now to ensure Incidents/Requests have met the SLAs.

Support MS Team rooms at the entire campus.

Ensure new hire laptops are deployed to the users on day one.

Manage Cybersecurity and compliance for the Las Vegas site.

Manage IDF/MDF at the Las Vegas campus along with other regional offices.

Work with other towers and project manage.

Special Requirements: Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following: Expert knowledge of Windows 10 & 11; Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Teams and Logitech Rally bars; Microsoft Azure; Support on Zebra printers and Honeywell scanners; VMWare and Citrix to support EDU environment.

Rate of Pay: $82,800
