About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FinanceAnalystto join theNAMBusiness Performance Controlling (BPC)Closingteam.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of core financial processes includingcost centre controlling,allocation cycles,P&L andSG&Aanalysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Cost Centre Controlling:Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of cost center data.
Monitor spending trends, coordinateregularreviews with costcenterowners, and support planning and forecasting activities.
* Allocation Cycles Management:Design,maintain, and execute cost allocation cycles (e.g., IT, Real Estate, Global Functions) ensuring correct cost distribution and alignment with global and local guidelines.
* P&L andSG&A:Support and drive the SG&Aand P&L analysis.
Ensure proper capture, tracking, and analysis of centralized costs to improve transparency and cost accountability.
* Collaborate withNAMBPC teamsto support monthly closing, forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA/CMA or MBA considered an asset.
* 3+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
* Strongproficiencyin SAP and advanced Excel;experience with digital and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or Tableau) will beconsidered an asset.
* Demonstrated willingness to learn and applynew technologiesand digital tools to improve efficiency and drive automation of finance reports.
As well as, process optimization, and support data-driven decision-making.
* Solid understanding of cost center structures, financial allocations, SG&A, and compensation processes.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and accountable work style.
