You will lead the organization's long-range planning, enterprise strategic direction across the Varian portfolio.

You will partner with global business leaders to align strategies with the organization.

You will report to the head of strategy, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and organizational goals.

Your role:


* You will lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle, setting the foundation for the organization's strategic vision.


* You will manage portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and investment governance to optimize enterprise performance.


* You will develop strategic deliverables for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), CEO, and Management Board (MB).


* You will build insights that guide market, competitive, and clinical direction, anticipating industry shifts and policy changes.


* You will drive cross-business line strategy alignment and prioritization, ensuring short-term actions connect to long-term value.


* You will build and maintain enterprise dashboards and KPI scorecards to monitor progress and outcomes.


* You will oversee strategy governance forums and maintain the enterprise operating rhythm.


* You will coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) meetings with business leads to inform strategic decisions.

Your expertise:


* You have Strategic Leadership in enterprise planning, portfolio governance, and cross-functional alignment within MedTech, Oncology, Healthcare AI, or related high-tech sectors.


* You have the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.


* You have a deep understanding of oncology ecosystems, clinical workflows, and digital/AI innovation trends shaping the future of radiation therapy.


* You have a strong analytical proficiency in market intelligence, competitive landscape assessment, financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.
