As a Senior Software Release Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value delivered to our customers through the timely release of innovative, reliable, secure, and user-focused software.

You are responsible for:


* Positively impacting patient lives by supporting innovative, multi-generational medical device software and helping shape the future of healthcare


* Driving release strategy and execution across complex, multi-team environments, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and business priorities


* Collaborating with global engineering teams and cross-functional partners, enabling key trade-off decisions and fostering a high-efficiency development environment


* Supporting multiple global development teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of software releases across the PET product portfolio and broader Agile Release Train


* Partnering with senior leadership to navigate risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across the release lifecycle


* Demonstrating engineering leadership while engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership


* Championing a strong customer experience mindset by monitoring operational trends and ensuring timely resolution of high-impact field issues


* Leveraging data insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in processes and overall customer outcomes

Your Impact:

Required Qualifications


* Bringing 8-10 years of experience in software development and/or software project management, preferably in a regulated environment


* Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
