Supervisor, IT Salary range: $112,240 – $145,810

Overview

The Supervisor, IT provides direct leadership and supervision of a team of IT personnel within the Information Technology organization at Southwest Power Pool.

The Supervisor, IT is responsible for managing the implementation and support of systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure, as applicable, used by the Southwest Power Pool staff and its member companies.

Key responsibilities include planning and prioritizing the work followed by evaluating and managing the performance of direct reports to ensure specific project and/or support objectives are met on schedule.

The Supervisor, IT is expected to work with minimal supervision, exercising good judgment in assigning tasks and priorities, resolving issues, and managing staff.

They are expected to work closely with direct reports and other appropriate teams related to technical issues & projects and help drive solutions.

Additionally, the position may be called on to support SPP technical committees and working groups, and may represent SPP and its member companies at NERC committees and working groups.
